各位先進同仁，

　

　　台灣AVS分會(Taiwan-AVS)即將於近期成立。台灣AVS分會將是American Vacuum Society 在海外成立的第一個分會(local chapter). 本分會的宗旨為增進台灣地區從事材料，製程，鍍膜，真空設備等技術人員及基礎、應用研究人員之間的互動，並積極參與AVS本會所舉辦的訓練及活動。
本會謹訂於今年十月二十八日(12pm – 2:30pm) 於蕙蓀林場所舉辦的台灣鍍膜學會年會舉行Taiwan-AVS分會成立茶會，敬請光臨指教。
　　2006 台灣鍍膜學會年會於 10/27至10/28 於蕙蓀林場舉辦。若欲參加其年會或辦理住宿，請於網址http://www.tact.org.tw/ 註冊。若只需參與成立茶會則無須註冊。

 ► 2007 Taiwan-AVS special symposium

Taiwan-AVS sponsors a special session in the 2007 physical society meeting, Taiwan. This special session invites many internationally well-known scientists in the field of surface nanoscience and scanning probe microscopy.
The session will be conducted in English. After the meeting, all speakers are invited to attend an one-day outing in a comfortable spring resort. Ample time for informal discussion and collaboration opportunities will be available during the trip.
